1 Introduction
IKNOWHOW SA recognizes the importance of environmental protection and is committed to conducting its operations in a manner that minimizes adverse environmental impacts. As a provider of information systems and consulting services, we understand our responsibility to promote sustainability, conserve resources, and reduce pollution.
2 Scope
This Environmental Policy applies to all aspects of IKNOWHOW ‘s operations, including the design, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, and support of information systems and geographical information systems, as well as the provision of consulting services in the implementation of information systems.

4 Environmental Responsibilities
4.1 Management
Top management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS), providing necessary resources, and demonstrating leadership in promoting environmental stewardship.
4.2 Environmental Manager (EM)
Top management has assigned the role of Environmental Manager to a competent person who is responsible for:
- ensuring that the IMS conforms to the ISO14001:2015 requirements,
- reporting on the performance of the IMS, including environmental performance, to top management.
4.3 Employees
All employees are responsible for adhering to environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines, identifying opportunities for environmental improvement, and actively participating in environmental initiatives.
